DESCRIPTION

Light salmon color, with gray highlights. Intensively aromas of citrus, lime and small, white flowers. Crisp in the mouth, with the aromas of citrus fruits to dominate. Rose petals, pink grapefruit, white pepper, lemon blossoms and rose water, build the complex structure of Lexis Gris. Pleasant and balanced acidity, and lingering aftertaste with a sense of Turkish delight Rose! Aging potential is 5 to 8 years. Pairs with: Risotto with seafood, fillet salmon, pink grapefruit & mango salads, sushi, Asian cuisine, spicy white cheeses.

Just as “moscho”, the first part of its name, promises this charismatic grape is the most aromatic one of the fileri grape family. Despite the reddish or grayish hue of its berries it is mostly used for the production of dry whites and some sparkling wines.
